When the mom is tied to the wagon on the railroad tracks, the cover blows off, displaying a heck of a lot of TNT. However, later in the movie, the daughter and the son are watching as their dad is experiencing first hand what it's like to be a crash dummy, the daughter says "Switch to Mom". When she does, the cover is back on the wagon! However, the next scene the mom is in, the cover isn't on the wagon! Hmmm....
